Portfolio & Showcase Rights

Marketing by Marissa LLC reserves the right to use any work created under this agreement in its portfolio, website, social media channels, and any other marketing materials at any point in time, regardless of whether the work has been published or used by the client's brand.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content created by Marketing by Marissa LLC prior to publishing. By publishing or using any content created under this agreement, the client confirms they had full authority to do so.

Marketing by Marissa LLC will not disclose any confidential business information, proprietary strategies, or sensitive client data when showcasing such work. Credit may be given to the client's brand at Marketing by Marissa LLC's discretion, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

If a client wishes to opt out of portfolio use, they must notify Marketing by Marissa LLC in writing prior to the start of services.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
Submit false or misleading information

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or others.

Refund Policy
All payments made to Marketing by Marissa LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the start of services. If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, any fees paid for work completed or semi-complete is non-refundable. Any exceptions to this policy will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in the State of Michigan before pursuing any legal action.

Confidentiality
In the course of providing services, Marketing by Marissa LLC may have access to confidential business information belonging to clients. We agree to keep such information strictly confidential and not disclose it without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Service Agreements Take Precedence
Where a signed service agreement or contract exists between Marketing by Marissa LLC and a client, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence over these general Terms of Service in the event of any conflict.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated effective date.
